The Buying Process
From first contact to your machine live in its location — here's what to expect.
Inquiry
Contact us via the website, WhatsApp, or phone. Tell us your location, what products you plan to sell, and how many machines you need.
Advance Payment (50%)
Pay half the machine price to confirm your order. This is when the clock starts — your machine will be ready in 3–4 weeks.
Initial Demo
We show you how the machine works. You see the spring layout, coil sizes, and how products dispense before customization begins.
Customization
This is your chance to configure exactly what your machine holds:
- • Wide products (chips, Kurkure) → double spring
- • Thin products → narrow, more slots per row
- • Square base products → wide, fewer slots per row
- • You choose the product mix — we configure the springs to match
Changing springs after purchase incurs an additional fee. Get it right here.
Full Demo
Your customized machine runs a complete demo with your actual products. You confirm everything works as expected.
Final Payment
Pay the remaining 50%. We accept Fonepay, NepalpPay, and bank transfer. EMI through our banking partners can be arranged.
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Nepal — as far as a bus goes. You can also arrange your own vehicle (and skip the transport fee). Optional stickering and packaging are done before dispatch.
Installation & You're Live
Our team installs the machine at your site. We guide you through operation via YouTube tutorials, WhatsApp, and video calls. Your machine is ready to earn.
